Cancellation notice and fees: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. To ensure fairness, we will abide by the same cancellation notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a fee of 50% of your appointment fee and therefore will be charged by given card on file. 

No-show fee: Missed appointments without prior notice result in a no-show fee of 100% of your appointment fee therefore will be charged by given card on file.
